Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end QA activities for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementations and
enhancements - Define test strategy, test plans, and execution approach for Oracle EBS modules
- Manage and mentor QA team members, ensuring best practices in testing
- Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders
- Oversee functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
- Ensure test coverage for key EBS modules like Finance, SCM, HRMS, etc.
- Track and report defects, risks, and quality metrics
- Drive test automation initiatives where applicable
- Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and compliance requirements
- Participate in release planning and Agile ceremonies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10–15-year exp person who has 2-3 Oracle Testing large scale implementation done – R12 or R14
upgrade - Strong experience in Oracle EBS Testing (R12 preferred)
- Good understanding of EBS modules (Finance, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, etc.)
- Experience in test planning, estimation, and resource management
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.)
- Experience in defect tracking and reporting
- Knowledge of SQL for backend validation
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- xperience with automation tools (Selenium, TOSCA, etc.)
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud / Fusion applications
- Knowledge of integration testing with third-party systems
- Experience in performance testing tools
- Certifications in Oracle EBS or QA/Testing
