Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the US market
- Identify and qualify leads through effective probing and research
- Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
- Understand client requirements and position company offerings accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs (calls, meetings, conversions)
- Support the sales team in day-to-day activities including follow-ups, coordination, and reporting
- Contribute to improving sales processes and outreach strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in cold calling / inside sales (US market preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or US accent
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
- bility to work in night shifts (US time zones)
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales or IT/Services industry
- Prior experience in lead generation for global clients
- Familiarity with sales outreach tools and email campaigns
