Uday is involved in Strategic Global Business Development for ImpactQA. Uday has vast experience in recruitment and he was head of recruitment in IPsoft for almost a decade. Being the first employee of IPsoft, he spent over a decade to build and hire over 700+ team during his tenure and was always hands on even being a Vice President in the company.
