Essentially, in 2018, we were looking for a vendor to bring us an experienced QA team “out of the box” given our urgent need and short timeline. While the engagement was initially envisioned as a 6-month project to allow us time to hire an internal QA team, we were so pleased with the ImpactQA team that we have turned it into an ongoing engagement (40 months and still going).

The project is a success for several reasons: our QA process has become far more robust, we are shipping code that is more stable with far fewer bugs, and we have been able to rapidly grow our customer base thanks, in large part, to the maturation and improved quality of our product.
