Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the US market
  • Identify and qualify leads through effective probing and research
  • Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
  • Understand client requirements and position company offerings accordingly
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs (calls, meetings, conversions)
  • Support the sales team in day-to-day activities including follow-ups, coordination, and reporting
  • Contribute to improving sales processes and outreach strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in cold calling / inside sales (US market preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or US accent
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
  • bility to work in night shifts (US time zones)
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B sales or IT/Services industry
  • Prior experience in lead generation for global clients
  • Familiarity with sales outreach tools and email campaigns
