Marketing Manager

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing our marketing strategy & managing our lead generation, SEO and social media teams. As a Digital Marketing Manager (SEO, SEM & SMM), the candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, driving organic traffic, and improving our overall digital marketing efforts. The candidate will be required to manage team members efficiently, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. He/She should also have a strong marketing background, good leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility, keyword rankings, and website traffic
  • Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize content that aligns with SEO strategies and engages the target audience
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and ensure our strategies remain effective
  • Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions
  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement on relevant platforms
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Hubspot and SEO software
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies
  • Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan in coordination with all internal teams
  • Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads & close business internationally
  • Collaborate with vendors for conducting events, webinars and PR activities
  • Track the performance of all marketing campaigns and reporting to management
  • Understanding and experience with digital marketing tools, inclusive of content management systems, Automation/CRM (Hubspot), web analytics, and social media systems
Qualifications
  • MBA or equivalent in Marketing
  • 7+ years’ experience in marketing
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Experience of working in a global IT services company will be a plus
