ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Services Cold Calling SDR (Inside Sales) to join our dynamic team at ImpactQA. As a Cold Calling SDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and revenue by effectively communicating our range of IT solutions and services to potential clients over the phone and generating interest. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls, engage with prospects, and generate leads via cold calling for our IT services offerings.
- Conduct outbound calls to US based prospects to introduce and educate them about our IT services and solutions.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our IT offerings to potential clients.
- Maintain and organize a large database of leads and track accurate records of interactions and outcomes, along with timely record logging in HubSpot CRM.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments to meet your weekly target via cold calling to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads for further sales processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and our company’s IT solutions to provide accurate information to prospects and effectively handle common objections.
- Achieve daily and weekly call volume targets and lead generation targets.
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience as an IT cold caller or similar role, preferably in the IT services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and calm demeanor.
- Basic understanding of IT services, solutions, and technology trends.
- Goal-oriented and disciplined mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Good command over sales CRM software.
- Any additional certifications in inside sales or BD are advantageous.
- Work in the US shift (preferably EST/CST) for real time cold calling and CRM data logging.
