What You’ve Done
- A lot of hard work
- Should have experience in leading, mentoring and managing a team of 30-50
members - Have presented white papers, journals, spoken in seminars, conducted
workshops etc - 15+ Years of work experience in a quality assurance and test automation /
performance engineering - Managed clients and engagements and have managed P&L
- 3+ years in leadership roles
- You have led at both managerial and operational levels including multi-site
environments - You’ve had hands-on experience with software development methods
(especially Agile) and a software continuous improvement framework (e.g.
CMMI), pre-sales, writing proposals and client presentations - Prior software development experience (although it is not a must)
- Ability to roll up sleeves and get the hands dirty when it is needed
Experience and Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech./M.C.A./Graduate ( IITs/NITs and BITS graduates
preferred)
